NIA Files Chargesheet Against 17 Key Conspirators Affiliated with ISIS
The NIA today filed charge-sheet against 17 key conspirators who formed a terror group initiated by ISIS terrorists Mehboob Pasha of Bangalore and Khaja Moideen of Cuddalore for their role in furthering and perpetrating ISIS activities in India, especially in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, ANI reported.
Drugs and Arms Racket Busted in Pakistan
A Pakistan-sponsored drugs and illegal arms smuggling racket was busted by Punjab Police on Monday with the arrest of four persons, including their kingpin - a Border Security Force (BSF) constable posted in Samba district of Jammu & Kashmir, ANI reported.
“Foreign-made weapons, including a 9mm pistol (Zigana make-Made in Turkey), along with 80 live cartridges (etched with POK markings), two magazines and two live cartridges of 12 bore gun, along with Rs32.30 lakhs drug proceeds were recovered from constable Sumit Kumar” the Punjab Police said.

BJP Leader Found Hanging in West Bengal
BJP leader Debendra Nath Roy was found hanging near his home in North Dinajpur district in West Bengal, police sources cited by PTI said on Monday.
He was the BJP MLA from Hemtabad, a reserved seat.
“People are of the clear opinion that he was first killed and then hung,” the West Bengal BJP alleged.
