‘Lonely’ Virender Sehwag Welcomes Karun Nair to the 300 Club

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also took to Twitter to congratulate Karun Nair for scoring a triple century.

Karun Nair scored an outstanding 303 in his third Test match to become only the second Indian after Virender Sehwag to notch up a triple century. Sehwag, who scored 319 against South Africa in 2008 and 309 against Pakistan in 2004, welcomed the young Karnataka lad to the 300 club with a tweet.
