What’s a Caribbean party if its doesn’t have everyone celebrating!
Darren Sammy’s West Indies squad lifted the World T20 title on Sunday night and even as the Bravo-prescribed ‘Champion’ track started playing on cue in the stadium, Twitter was abuzz with their competitors and fans posting congratulatory messages for the team.
Fans... like the fastest man on Earth.
Indian cricketers, who lost to West Indies in the final, had clearly moved on. Here’s Virat Kohli’s timely Tweet.
Adjudged the Man of the Tournament, Yuvraj Singh ensured Virat accepted his award... at least on Instagram.
The rest of the Indian team too wished their Windies counterparts.
Some consolation for the vanquished, as well.
