Uttar Pradesh Police’s #ANoMeansNo Campaign, aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of consent, has quickly garnered support on social media.

On Wednesday, 8 August, UP Police tweeted a clip from Tinder’s promotional video asking netizens, “Even an app understands the importance of consent, why can’t you?”

On 11 August, they put out a powerful graphic with the message, “Don’t force fit your ‘yes’ in her ‘no’.”

Netizens were quite impressed with UP Police’s campaign and tweeted with the #ANoMeansNo to show their support.
