A big fan of F.R.I.E.N.D.S, the most popular ‘buddy’ show ever, did a fun mash-up of the show’s iconic title track with scenes from Bollywood’s hit film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and it’s taking the internet by storm.
Whether you watched the sitcom as it was aired between 1994 to 2004, or whether you thrived on the equally hilarious re-runs once the despicable quality of Indian TV shows made your life miserable, F.R.I.E.N.D.S is of incredible nostalgic value. Director Zoya Akhtar’s film ZNMD took that same bond of friendship forward in an Indian setting, after Dil Chahta Hai proved to be a smash hit too.
YouTube-er Pulkit Kochar perfectly syncs the F.R.I.E.N.D.S anthem with funny glimpses of Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol goofing around, and it reminds us of how much we enjoyed the show as well as the film.
