Social Media Demands Justice for Kashmiris Acquitted After 23 Yrs

Bhatt was among four others who walked free on 22 July after the Rajasthan High Court acquitted the men in the 1996 Samleti blast case.
The high court during its hearing on 22 July said that the charges against five men were dropped as the "prosecution had failed to provide evidence of conspiracy."
With this, many on social media expressed anger and shock with Indian judicial system while others broke down after seeing Bhatt weeping near the graves of his family.

Several users also extended support and demanded justice for Bhatt and others on The Quint’s video on these five men.
Some readers demanded that the authorities behind the case be held responsible for jailing these men for 23 years.
