It was a rather confusing tweet, one that got deleted after trolls started flooding the cruel world of Twitter.

Pakistani bowling star Shoaib Akhtar’s endearing tweet on Monday left everybody cleaned bowled and the reason isn’t too difficult to gauge.

The next few hours were all about attempts to decipher the tweet and it was a joint effort by grammar nazis from India and Pakistan.

And of course, people resorted to jokes on the surgical strikes, and much more.
