An ardent pet lover, Dhoni has three dogs at his home back in Ranchi.
Every Dhoni fan knows of his bond with his three dogs — and if they didn’t, then his social media accounts will surely give away that bit of information. An ‘ardent pet lover’, as his Twitter bio reads, his Instagram account is littered with photos and videos of him training his dogs, and chilling with them on his days off the field.
Dhoni’s wife Sakshi took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a totally adorable video of the former Indian team captain and his dog Sam spending some quality time.
In the video, Sam, a Belgian Malinois, mirrors Dhoni in perfect sync, fianlly running in to give Dhoni a hug when he opens his arms.
