Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi is enjoying the success of his recently released film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan that's streaming on Netflix. The actor rose to fame after his portrayal of a rapper in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy, which also starred Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh.

In this episode of 'The Stars Live Here', Siddhant took some time out to show The Quint around his house in Mumbai, spoke about his childhood and his first love, the first audition where he was asked to leave, dealing with failures and more.

Speaking about a thing he was surprised to find when he joined the acting profession Siddhant said,

"I felt that if you are doing good work, it will speak for you and you don't have to think about the PR angel of it. That was an eye-opener for me. I had no clue how PR is done, where to be seen, what to wear at events and to the airport. I still do not want to learn it. I try to be who I am and be real to myself."

The actor also spoke about feeling hurt when, during his first audition for a phone advertisement, he was yelled at and asked to leave.

"I had no clue where to look in the camera, so I did it like how I would do it in a theatre performance. I was told to 'get out'. I did not know where to look, so they told me to go learn and come back. That really hurt me and I was scared."
