Taking care of your heart is a full-time job. But as the expression goes: ‘Dil toh aakhir baccha hai’ so more often than not, we find ourselves catering to the whims of our heart. No wonder, we often end up choosing eating over exercising, sleeping late over waking early and elevators over stairs. A lot of us are guilty of this aren’t we?

Now, the heart is a fickle thing that only looks after its own pleasure, and that’s why we love following its path; we love giving into the temptations that our heart throws our way ever so often. As funny as it is, the video drives home an important point. By taking a few measures like eating right and exercising, and generally leading a disciplined lifestyle, we can keep our heart healthy. As the video says, sometimes, we just have to listen to our head and #DoTheDifficult thing to look after our heart. And there couldn’t have been a better day to start doing this than World Heart Day.
