Manushi Chhillar has become the sixth Indian to win the Miss World title. India last held the title 17 years ago, when Priyanka Chopra brought the honour home. Chhillar was chosen for the title from among 108 contestants at the beauty pageant.
The 20-year-old answered: “I think a mother deserves the highest respect. I don’t think it’s just about the cash, but also the love and respect she gives to someone. She is the biggest inspiration in my life. Mothers should get the highest salary and respect.’
