Recap: PeeCee’s ‘Quantico’ Journey Before Season 2 Hits Us

It’s been a year since Priyanka Chopra took over the US with her American TV series Quantico and ever since it’s been only about long flights, crazy working hours and shuffling between two continents. Besides all the global love and fan following, of course.
Priyanka’s character Alex was much loved and Quantico became an instant hit. The first episode of Quantico Season 1 went on air on 27 September and almost after a year on 25 September, Quantico Season 2 is all set to premiere.
For all those who’ve missed the action and want to revisit the madness through Priyanka’s eyes, we have a complete recap just for you.
From her very first day PeeCee made sure she kept her fans updated, so came the first shot of the cover page of the script of Quantico.
The character Alex Parrish played by Priyanka Chopra dreamt of being an FBI agent since the day she found out her father was an FBI agent himself. She follows her dreams just to realise that she is exceptionally good at being an agent. The series goes on in two timelines, one with Alex being the main suspect in the bombing of the Grand Central and the flashback showing her story and life at the FBI academy where she makes friends and also gets into a relationship.
And for all those people who wonder where Priyanka Chopra got her accent from... well, thanks to Quantico, PeeCee has to take American accent lessons as Alex is not an “Indian” character.
Then finally came the poster:
Her trips to India became more frequent as she had to fulfill all the commitments here in Bollywood. From attending awards shows, to giving interviews to the media, to shooting for Gangajal 2 she was managing it all.
And again flying back saat samundar paar for Quantico. There were times when PeeCee would fly to India just for the weekends to shoot for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani. We know it sounds cool but it’s also almost humanly impossible. But it’s Priyanka Chopra we are talking about and she has proved that nothing is impossible for her.
Season 1 got some really positive reviews, Priyanka had become a global name with her hoardings and posters all over Times Square. The success of the show took PeeCee to the Jimmy Fallon show, the Oscars, the Emmys and the cover of Time magazine. Phew!
Alex accused of a terror attack proves her innocence and clears her name and also discovers that the suspected bomber was former FBI analyst-trainee Elias Harper.
Season 1 ends with Alex and Ryan killing the true mastermind behind the bombing in the finale.
Now it’s time for Quantico Season 2, which will air on Sunday, 25 September in India, and this time Alex gets fired from FBI and something better and bigger awaits her. She gets recruited into the CIA. Now we can’t give away any more details, so just
