Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India's first National Museum of Indian Cinema (NMIC) in the presence of Bollywood personalities including Aamir Khan, AR Rahman, Karan Johar, Boney Kapoor, Rohit Shetty, Parineeti Chopra and others. Kartik Aaryan, Imitaz Ali and KJo couldn’t get a selfie with the PM. So Kartik took to Twitter to post a ‘backfie’ from the event.

PM Modi gave a sassy response and said “No selfie Jab We Met but there will always be another occasion”.

"How's the josh," the PM asked the audience Uri style as he inaugurated NMIC. He said without the viewers even realising it, films change their thinking process, as movies and society are "reflections" of each other.

Maharashtra Governor CV Rao, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, union ministers Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Ramdas Athawale, Shyam Benegal, Prasoon Joshi and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
