AR Rahman’s new reality singing show ARRived has launched on YouTube. While only the first episode of the series is out, reportedly, the winner will be roped in to sing for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Zero that is slated to release on 21 December.

AR Rahman had earlier unveiled the anthem to the show. Shah Rukh Khan makes an appearance in the video, which also features singers Shaan, Clinton Cerejo and Vidya Vox, who are judges on the series alongside Rahman.

The show premiered on 8 November on Rahman’s YouTube channel. It also marks the launch of YouTube’s programming service YouTube Originals in India. The episodes are expected to run on the company’s ad-supported platform until YouTube rolls out its premium subscription service in the country. Qyuki, the digital media service co-founded by AR Rahman, Shekhar Kapur and Samir Bangara, is one of the show’s partners.
