Talented actor Parvathy who has acted in Tamil and Malayalam films will be soon be entering Bollywood with a Tanuja Chandra directorial. The romantic comedy will star Irrfan Khan as the male lead. While the shooting of this untitled film is on in Bikaner right now with Irrfan on the sets, sources say that Parvathy will be joining the team soon. Touted to be a travel romance, the film is all about an unlikely couple falling in love during a road trip.

Sources say that the film will be shot extensively in Bikaner, Rishikesh and Gangtok.

Parvathy, known for choosing offbeat films, is now busy with Take Off, a Malayalam film about the plight of nurses employed in the Middle East. Apparently, the film is based on the real-life incidents that unfolded some months ago when Malayali nurses from the Middle East, caught in the religious turmoil, returned to their homeland after a lot of struggle with the jihadis.

Parvathy is happy to be making her debut in Bollywood, especially in a Tanuja Chandra directorial. Tanuja is known for carving out meaty roles for her heroines.
