FIR Filed Against Kapil Sharma For Destroying Mangroves
Kapil Sharma has been in trouble with local authorities since his controversial “bribe” tweet in September.
An FIR was filed against comedian and popular TV personality Kapil Sharma today under the environment protection act and MRTP act for destroying mangroves in Mumbai's Versova area.
According to a report by Times of India, Kapil has allegedly dumped debris near mangroves behind his bungalow in suburban Versova, destroying them in effect, along with illegal construction.
Interestingly, Kapil had tweeted about BMC corruption in September. Things have not been going too well for him since.
