The I See Fire singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has been accused of copyright infringement for his song Thinking Out Loud. The song has won the singer two Grammys in 2015.

According to a report, Sheeran’s song is lifted from Marvin Gaye’s 1973 song Let’s Get It On which is co-written by Gaye and Ed Townsend. Townsend is the one accusing him of plagiarism.

Sheeran has been sued for 20 million in damages by Townsend and songwriter Martin Harrington. The judgments regarding the case are still pending.
