Well! Game of Thrones is often taunted as a glorified version of an Indian telly saga. The reason is simple, it has time leaps, multiple subplots, love twists and deaths – many deaths. The obvious difference however, is the fact that GoT has a consistent plot line that runs right through the convulsions. On Indian TV, a story line is but a farce.
An ingenious YouTube channel, IKnowBro, has re-imagined GoT from an Indian lens. The outcome is hilarious. Not only do the characters fall magically in line with the Indian opera, they even seem to have a penchant for it. Watch and share your thoughts in the comments section below.
