Shilpa Shetty, Vivek Oberoi, Others Celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi
The 11-day festival starts from 2 September.
Ganesh Chaturthi has just begun, and it is a grand affair for Bollywood and TV celebrities. Vivek Oberoi, Shilpa Shetty, Sonu Sood, Ekta and Tusshar Kapoor have welcomed Lord Ganesha to their homes. They were spotted getting the idol to their homes and performing the puja themselves. Most of them also emphasised the need for eco-friendly idols.
“We have been getting eco-friendly idols for the past 14 years. They do not have toxic paints and can easily dissolve in water”, said Vivek Oberoi. Sonu Sood also added that this year, the theme they kept was Go Green.
