On 16 May, Uri actor Vicky Kaushal will be celebrating his 31st birthday. Naturally, he has something exciting planned out for himself. According to a report by Pinkvilla, Vicky Kaushal will be celebrating his birthday outside India, in the USA. In the countryside, to be precise.

According to reports, Vicky has taken a two-week break from work to fly to New York and not just celebrate but also catch up with his college friends. He has booked a villa and his friends from Boston and New Jersey will be arriving soon to spend some time with him. The small, intimate affair is expected to be “a college reunion of sorts.”

“There are a few burger joints and pancake restaurants in the city that Vicky loves and is revisiting all the old hunts. After his birthday, the actor will catch the award-winning Broadway play Sleep No More, an immersive, site-specific telling of Shakespeare’s Macbeth,” a source told Pinkvilla.

After this mini-vacation, Vicky will return to India and continue filming for his upcoming biopic Sardar Udham Singh. Inspired by the real-life story of Udham Singh, a revolutionary belonging to the Ghadar Party, the film will be directed by Shoojit Sircar. Sardar Udham Singh is scheduled to release in 2020. It is written by Ritesh Shah and Shubendu Bhttacharya. It will be produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, a Rising Sun Films Production.

Vicky Kaushal will also be a part of Uri director’s next film. Aditya Dhar’s next directorial will be a period-war film that revolves around the mythological character Ashwatthama.
