Taimur clearly enjoys a delirious stardom that he can’t even fathom at has his age. Just a wave to the cameras sends everyone into a clicking frenzy. The frenetic media glare on him has been a topic of hot debates. If you’ve seen the picture of the doll modelled on Taimur doing the rounds on WhatsApp and social media, you know you’ve seen it all.
The parents - Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan seem to be unfazed, taking this in their stride.
In the interview with Mumbai Mirror, Kareena said that while Taimur is popular, she would like people to understand that he’s only a two-year-old and needs normalcy in his life in his formative years. It’s something Kareena and Saif are attempting to give him, despite the constant media glare, she said. Kareena specified that while she does not intend to ask the media to back off, she does want create a safe space for her son.
Kareena had earlier casually said that Taimur is always trending.
Saif told Hindustan Times, “I am glad people are benefiting from him. I only ask God for his safety and happiness in return.” He jokingly considered the possibility of trademarking his name and said that the least they could do is send him one.
