‘Sarabhai’ Actor Rupali Ganguly Involved in Road Accident
Rupali Ganguly took to Twitter to describe her horrible ordeal.
Popular television actor, Rupali Ganguly was involved in a road rage incident, with two men on a bike smashing her car and leaving her son petrified. The actor took to Twitter to speak about the horrible ordeal.
“For the first time in my life I experienced road rage! Two hooligans on a bike smashed my car window and kept hurling abuses at me in front of my 5-year-old son!” she wrote.
According to a report in The Indian Express, Rupali’s car “accidentally brushed the bike” and the two riders got into an argument with the actor. Even after Rupali apologised, they kept abusing her and eventually broke her car window. The glass shards left her arm bleeding.
She shared a photo of the two men on the bike and also went to the Versova police station to file an FIR. “Went with my crying child straight to Versova Police and filed an FIR.. seeing the state of my car and me bleeding they all rushed to help...but all they had was this screenshot from Good Shepard Church, we went back to the spot and looked for the spirit of Mumbai,” she wrote on Twitter.
According to Ganguly, the passers-by just stood and did not come to help them. But she praised the Mumbai Police for nabbing the culprits.
