Priyanka Chopra, Rahman May Share Stage With Bryan Adams in India

The three of them will also reportedly pay homage to flood-ravaged Kerala.

Priyanka Chopra and AR Rahman are reportedly performing in the opening act at the India concert of the Canadian singer.

Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Bryan Adams will be coming to India in October for a multi-city tour. This will be his fifth visit to the country. The gigs are lined up in support of the music veteran's 21-track compilation Ultimate, which released in November last year. Speculation is rife that Priyanka Chopra and AR Rahman will be performing for the opening act at the India concert of the Canadian singer.

A source told Hindustan Times, “Initially, the promoters weren’t keen on any opening act to ensure that the focus is solely on the artiste. But since Adams has worked with Priyanka previously, and AR Rahman has been Adams’ favourite musician from India, the promoters are finding a way to creatively rope in both the artistes...”

The squad will also reportedly pay homage to flood-ravaged Kerala. Adams will kick off his tour in Ahmedabad (9 October) followed by Hyderabad (11 October), Mumbai (12 October) and Bengaluru (13 October), wrapping it up in Delhi (14 October). As per the source, PeeCee will perform in Mumbai and Delhi.
