Farhan Akhtar Wishes ‘Sunshine’ Shibani Dandekar a Happy Birthday
Shibani turned 39 years old on 27 August.
Farhan Akhtar took to Instagram to wish his sweetheart Shibani Dandekar on her 39th birthday. “Happy birthday sunshine. May you always have reason to smile. Love you loads,” he wrote alongside a picture of Shibani from a recent beach vacation.
After keeping their relationship under wraps for a few months, Farhan and Shibani made their first official public appearance last year at Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding reception in Mumbai. Most recently, they walked the ramp together for Payal Singhal at her debut show for Lakme Fashion Week. The couple often posts pictures of each other on Instagram.

Farhan opened up about his relationship to actor Bhumi Pednekar on an episode of web show Tape Cast. “She is an amazing woman. It's been very special, the last year... You know we've been getting to know each other and I couldn't be happier about it. But with the social media world again, we are constantly being told about the things we should be doing. But yeah, I have never felt so comfortable to share my personal stuff, but I don't know, I just feel like somehow with celebrating all this, it just feels very natural to me," he said.
