Deepika Creates Hilarious Memes on Her & Ranveer’s IIFA Looks
Deepika took to Instagram to share the memes.
When it comes to style, Ranveer Singh always nails it with his over-the-top outfits. This year’s IIFA Awards was no different. He came decked out like a warrior. Sporting a grey suit with identical trousers, he completed the attire with a drape. Not just that, he also tied his hair into a pony and sported geeky shades. On the other hand Deepika wore a mauve gown with a veil.
Now Deepika has taken to Instagram to create hilarious memes of the duo. The first shows Ranveer’s hairstyle being compared to a cartoon character.
The second one has Deepika comparing her outfit to a mop. “Close enough”, she wrote.

Ranveer Singh won the much-coveted trophy for Best Actor for Padmavaat and Deepika won an award for Chennai Express. When he came up on stage, Ranveer took the opportunity to let his appreciation for host Ayushmann Khurrana be known. Ranveer stated that it was honour to be nominated in the same category as Ayushmann and called him a “wonderful artist” and “the gift that keeps on giving.”
“It’s an absolute honour to be nominated alongside this wonderful artist, who just keeps surprising. You’re like the gift that keeps on giving Hindi cinema. The man of the moment for me, Ayushmann Khurrana,” Ranveer said.
