Iconic screenwriter Salim Khan revealed a bit about his ‘professional’ relationship with his superstar son, Salman Khan.

In an interview with Zee Classic, he spoke about why he has never written a script for Salman Khan. The humble legend makes a valid point with a hint of humour.

If today I approach an actor with a script and try to hard sell it, he’s going to wonder “if your script is so damn good, why aren’t you making it with your son Salman?” The other things is that films flop. If that happens Salman will think, “dad got me into trouble”, and if it’s a hit he’ll take the full credit for it.
