Sriram Raghavan’s Andhadhun managed to steal the limelight from several several other Bollywood films of 2018, despite the latter boasting of star casts and a Khan or two. South Indian actor Siddharth has expressed a wish to feature in a Tamil remake of the Hindi film which features Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead. He took to Twitter to ask his fans what they thought of this decision. “Quick vote - since it's on the table already, how many of you want to see me remake this lovely film? I'm very serious,” he wrote.

Ayushmann seems to be all for it. He responded to Siddharth’s tweet saying, “Go for it machaan!”

Based on the French short film L'Accordeur, Andhadhun is a thriller and black comedy about a blind pianist who gets embroiled in murder after unwittingly stumbling onto the scene of the crime. The film also stars Tabu and Radhika Apte.
