1. Amitabh Bachchan Hospitalised for Routine Check-Up

Recently, there were speculations that Amitabh Bachchan was admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital for a liver problem. According to a report in Times of India, the actor was rushed to the hospital at 2 am on 15 October and has been in the hospital ever since. His only visitors so far were the Bachchan family.

However, sources told The Quint that the veteran actor has been admitted for the past three days for a regular check-up. He might get discharged today, the source added.

2. Chopra Sisters PC & Parineeti to Voice Elsa and Anna in Frozen 2

Priyanka and Parineeti Chopra will lend their voices to Frozen 2.

Walt Disney Studios announced on Friday that Chopra sisters Priyanka and Parineeti will lend their voices to the lead characters of Elsa and Anna in the Hindi version of Frozen 2. The animation feature releases on 22 November this year.

On Friday, Bollywood celebrities Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Gauri Khan, and Manish Malhotra were spotted in Mumbai at Gateway of India. The actors seemed to be heading out somewhere. We wonder where.

A hoodie-clad Shah Rukh Khan was spotted walking with his son AbRam. Karan Johar too was accompanied by his children. Gauri Khan looked all vacation-ready with her blue sunglasses.

4. Netflix ‘Drive’ Trailer: Sushant & Jacqueline Ready for a Heist

The trailer of Drive released on Friday.

Dharma Productions has finally dropped the trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput-Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Drive. The film will be releasing on streaming platform Netflix on 1 November. The trailer shows Sushant as a Formula One test driver, who joins Jacqueline to pull off a heist at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.

The film will be Netflix’s first original film with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the action-thriller also stars Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi, Vibha Chhibber, Sapna Pabbi and Vikramjeet Virk.

5. Ayushmann Is Stuck Between Bhumi and Yami in Bala’s ‘Don’t Be Shy’

The makers of Bala dropped the first song from the album titled ‘Don’t be Shy’ and it is a recreation of Dr Zeus’ hit number by the same name. The song has been sung by Badshah and Shalmali Kholgade, with music by Sachin-Jigar.

The track shows a dark-skinned Bhumi Pednekar trying to woo Ayushmann Khurrana, while he leaves her to go after Yami Gautam, and soon realizes that his wig has flown away.
