IFFI to Honour Amitabh Bachchan in Its 50th Edition
The 50th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has just unveiled its lineup. The fest will be held from 20 to 28 November in Goa and will feature around 250 films from 76 countries.
A selection of Amitabh Bachchan's films will also be showcased, as the megastar was recently announced to receive a Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar had this to say while announcing the 2019 edition of the annual film gala.

'Chhichhore' Earns Rs 150 Cr in Week 5
Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor’s campus comedy Chhichhore has crossed another benchmark having earned Rs 150.36 crore at the box office in its fifth week. The Nitesh Tiwari directorial collected Rs 50 crore at the box office by day 5 and reached Rs 100 crore by day 12. It is production house Fox Star Studios’ third film to cross Rs 150 crore this year after Total Dhamaal and Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal.
Salman Pays Tribute to Vinod Khanna on 'Dabangg 3' Wrap Up
On the last day of the shoot for Dabangg 3, superstar Salman Khan paid a tribute to Vinod Khanna on the late veteran actor's 73rd birth anniversary and said that he really misses him. Salman on Sunday night took to Twitter, where he shared a video along with the cast and crew of the third instalment of the Dabangg franchise.
In the video, the actor, who essays the role of Chulbul Panday said: "Today was the last day for Dabangg 3 and we have packed up. The strange and the happy thing is that today is Vinod Khanna sir or Prajapati Panday sir's birthday and on the same day, coincidentally and fortunately we wrapped up shooting for Dabangg 3." He said that Vinod's brother Pramod Khanna will be playing Prajapati Panday in the upcoming movie, directed by Prabhudeva.

Sanjay Dutt took to Twitter to mark 20 years since the release of Vaastav. The film marked Dutt’s comeback after his arrest in 1993. It also starred Sanjay Narvekar, Mohnish Behl, Deepak Tijori, Paresh Rawal and Reema Laago.
Janhvi Kapoor to Star in Boney Kapoor Production
Janhvi Kapoor is set to star in Bombay Girl, a coming of age story about a rebellious teenager. The film will be directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy and produced by Boney Kapoor.
New 'Housefull 4' Song 'Bala' Is a Catchy Tune
Housefull 4’s new song just dropped. It is titled ‘Bala’ and is a recreation of an existing song of the same name. The tune is catchy and the video features a bald Akshay Kumar singing, dancing and making comical faces.
