Kangana Ranaut’s much awaited project Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi finally has a release date. The historical epic is all set to release on 25 Jan 2019. It’s later than expected, but what makes this date interesting is that Vikas Bahl’s Super 30 starring Hrithik Roshan is slated to be a Republic Day release as well. Hrithik plays mathematician Anand Kumar in that film.

Considering Kangana and Hrithik’s history, this is bound to be the biggest clash of the year. Zee Studios, which is producing Manikarnika shared the release date on Twitter.

The period drama is directed by Gabbar is Back maker Krish and also stars Atul Kulkarni as Tatya Tope, Sonu Sood as Sadashiv along with Ankita Lokhande as Jhalkarbai.
