Hrithik, Here’s a ‘Super 30’ Paathshaala for Your First Biopic

Hrithik don’t panic! Here’s everything you need to do to play maths genius Anand Kumar convincingly. 

While Anand Kumar is excited about Hrithik Roshan agreeing to tell his Super 30 story in a biopic being helmed by Vikas Bahl, he’s also been concerned about how the superstar will play him, an ordinary looking maths teacher from Patna. To be honest, so are we.

Not that Hrithik hasn’t done justice to his previous roles and the physical transformations they demanded, Guzaarish and the Krrish franchise in particular. But when it comes to portraying a real life character (his first biopic attempt by the way) we can’t help but feel a little apprehensive, especially because according to reports, he doesn’t intend to copy Anand’s speech or body language apparently.

Hrithik, since this is your first biopic, you’ll need some tuitions, we’re just doing our bit :P

Anand Kumar is from Patna and he explains complex maths in Hindi. This could be quite the challenge for you Hrithik. Not only will you need to brush up on your maths, but also on your Hindi.

Yup, sh*t just did get real. Anand Kumar’s character is not going to be easy to portray. Since you haven’t met him yet, let me tell you Hrithik, that this maths genius used to sell pappads that his mother made at home, before he started coaching kids. Thoda bhaav tol bhi seekh lena.

You’ve never had a problem with the ladies. Well, almost never :P But this time you’re playing a maths nerd. So try to stay away from equations while you pataao a demure village girl. Don’t roll your eyes! Bollywood always finds a way into biopics.

Super 30 is likely to steer clear of your signature stunts and rubbery dance moves. What better time to give your action team and choreographer a break.

Since Anand Kumar has a rather high success rate, you’ll be eating a lot of mithai in the film we assume. You’ll have to tame down your greek-god looks and maybe work towards getting a tiny paunch too.
