‘Baahubali 2’: First Indian Film to Gross Rs 1,000 Cr Worldwide

Since its release on 28 April, RR Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 has been breaking records at the box office. The latest update is that the movie has reached the Rs 1,000 crore mark globally.

Not just internationally, but even back home Baahubali 2 has been breaking records. It became the fastest Rs 300 crore grosser in India.

In just ten days, the film has made Rs 300 crore in India and Rs 1,000 crore worldwide.

Baahubali team seemed overwhelmed with the response by fans. Actor Prabhas posted a message for his fans on Facebook thanking each one of them and also his director Rajamouli for believing in him.
