Remember the foot-tapping Aati kya Khandala... picturised on Aamir Khan and Rani Mukerji in Ghulam in 1998? Eighteen years after stepping into a sound studio to do some playback singing - Aamir Khan has recorded a song, Dhaakad, from his upcoming movie Dangal.
The 51-year-old star has also shot a special video for the song where he is dressed like a rapper.
The video will be showcased for the first time at the Lux Golden Rose awards, to be telecast on December 18 on ZEE TV channel. Aamir Khan made the video to applaud women power and also introduce his on-screen daughters Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.

Shah Rukh Khan met the MNS chief Raj Thackeray over the release of his film, Raeeswhich also stars Pakistani actress Mahira Khan. The meeting reportedly lasted over an hour after which Thackeray told the media that he had been reassured by Khan that Mahira won’t be promoting the film.

According to reports, Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi may have been served a legal notice for copyright infringement. The film, starring Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan, has strong similarities with Canadian TV series Being Erica. The Quint was the first to report on Dear Zindagi being a replica of Being Erica.
According to a report in DNA, the producers of the series, Temple Street Productions, have sent a legal notice to Dharma Productions for copyright infringement.
But the CEO of Dharma Productions denies the report.

Karan Johar, much like the rest of the nation, knows that anything with Salman Khan in it will sell quicker than Reliance Jio SIM cards. So it was only befitting that he got Bhai-Khan along with his bhaijaans Sohail and Arbaaz Khan for the 100th episode of his show.
Karan got emotional during his opening monologue on how the show became a huge part of his life, given that he’s been hosting it for 12 years. Yep. 12. YEARS.
If there’s another season of the show, it’ll enter its rebellious teenage years and it’ll be fun to see how Johar manages to father it, while still trying to stay relevant after interviewing all of tinsel-town many times over.

The trailer of OK Jaanu, the Bollywood remake of Mani Ratnam’s romantic drama OK Kanmani, is out. Starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead, OK Jaanufeatures the original film’s foot-tapping soundtrack by AR Rahman with lyrics by Gulzar for the remake.
The Tamil original featured Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen along with Prakash Raj and Leela Samson in important parts. While Aditya and Shraddha play the romantic live-in couple in the new version, Leela Samson has been retained for the same role, while Naseeruddin Shah has stepped into Prakash Raj’s shoes.
OK Jaanu revolves around a commitment free live-in couple who prioritise their career over their relationship, till of course ‘love’ happens - no prizes for guessing what happens in the end though.
