Well, obviously. Trump has been pretty vocal about how he considers Muslims to be a terrorism threat, in US and in the world. In his blog post describing the map, Tsvetkov wrote:
This moment came when with a single hair flick Trump declared that 1.6 billion Muslim people were a security threat. Each and every one of them! Was he aware of that number? Did he count?
Russia Knows How to Slay ISIS, Of Course
One of the planks on which Donald trump ran his campaign was his promise that he would defeat ISIS. So, it that he views Russia as the international power who could help him accomplish his aim.
