Aayush Sharma is all set to make his Bollywood debut but when he was introduced to the world he was referred to as Salman Khan’s brother-in-law and Arpita Khan’s husband. We got a glimpse of him only when the news of Salman’s youngest sister’s wedding emerged.
He had never spoken to the media but right after the trailer release of his film Loveratri, we caught up with Aayush Sharma and asked him the question that everyone wants to know the answer to. How did he meet Arpita and how did the romance blossom and what was it like, meeting her brother Salman Khan for the first time?
His story of meeting the ‘Bhai’ was nothing less than a scene right out of a Bollywood movie. Like he says it, “I was thinking of the Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya scene. I was like, Okay, I think this is happening to me. I saw it in a film, it's happening to me right now.”

Salman Khan recently launched Aayush Sharma in Loveratri. The trailer which released on 6 August, begins with Salman introducing the storyline and then narrating the colourful love story. The trailer revolves around an NRI (Warina) coming back to her homeland to celebrate Navratri when the desi boy Aayush is mesmerised and it’s love at first sight. Beginning with garba nights in Gujarat, the romantic drama has Aayush chasing Warina around the world to win her love. There are also special appearances from Arbaaz and Sohail Khan in all their glory.
Directed by first-time director Abhiraj Minawala, written by Naren Bhatt and produced by Salman Khan Films, Loveratri also stars Warina Hussain. The film is set to release on 5 October.
