At least 21 people are feared dead and three injured after a van fell into Dowleswaram Barrage near Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh’s East Godavari district on Saturday morning.
The van, carrying pilgrims, was returning from Tirupati when the driver reportedly dozed off after driving for 7-8 hours.
