Independent film production company, Jigsaw Pictures has launched a corporate web drama Thinkistan set in the world of Indian Advertising, on the OTT platform MX Player. The two protagonists of the show are Shravan Reddy and Naveen Kasturia.
Recently, the duo spoke about the show, their characters and the experience. Naveen Kasturia said that he plays a character who is not fluent in English and thus he suffers from an inferiority complex. He also said that he could relate to the character. Shravan said that his character is more urban, born and brought up in Mumbai.
Set in 1991, the show deals with a major shift in Indian advertising, which brought Hindi copywriters prominence in a field dominated by English writers.
The show also stars Mandira Bedi, Neil Bhoopalam.
