It’s been a busy month for Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani as they are busy promoting their upcoming film Kabir Singh. As part of the film’s promotions, the actors went on a road trip from Mumbai to Pune. They also interacted with the media there. Speaking about films these days, Shahid Kapoor said that good stories are being told nowadays by filmmakers. As for the character Kabir Singh, Shahid said that he is flawed. “The reason why a film can be made about him is that Kabir is very real. What makes the character endearing is that he is a combination of aggression and vulnerability”, the actor said.
Even Kiara Advani said that her character is one of the best she has played, and it was a great experience.
Kabir Singh is an official remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy, starring Vijay Deverakonda. The film will release on 21 June.
