Deepa Malik, who became the first woman to win a medal at the Paralympics after clinching a silver in the shot put event at Rio earlier this month said that the Indian Paralympic contingent is proud about winning more medals than the Rio Olympics Indian team.
Malik expressed that the Paralympics is equivalent to the Olympics as far as the status is concerned.
