A five-year-old from hyderabad reportedly underwent a surgery, after he was mauled by two dogs in the city’s Miyapur area on Wednesday, 29 August.
Sushanth, a first-grade student, was following his father and his younger brother, when the dogs pounced on him at around eight on Wednesday morning. It is alleged that the dogs are pets from the neighbourhood, who managed to break their leash before biting him.
CCTV footage captured Sushanth being attacked by the two dogs, following which he was thrown on the road, before his father and other locals came to his rescue. A police complaint has been registered in the case.
