North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation has appointed a bus driver. What’s special about this is that she is the first female to be chosen for the job. Residing in Yamanur village, Karnataka, Sridevi has always dreamt of following her father’s footsteps to become a bus driver.
She earlier worked at a garment company and started earning after completing her 10th exams. From working in a garment company, Sridevi has come a long way, breaking stereotypes of bus driving being a man’s job.
