A group of men were caught on camera, thrashing a mentally-challenged woman in Rajasthan’s Nagaur on 13 June.
The men forced the woman to say “Allah”, “Jai Shri Ram” and “Jai Hanuman” before repeatedly kicking her and hitting her with a pipe.
After the video spread on social media, police arrested two people, identified as Prakash Meghwal and Shrawan Meghwal in relation to the case. The men hid their faces to protect their identity as the video was shot.

“Appropriate action will be taken following her statement,” Meena said.
