A girl was allegedly stripped naked and raped inside a school in Malkangiri, Odisha. The heinous act was also allegedly filmed.
The police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act and the IT Act, and a special team has been constituted for investigation into the same.
The case has been reported. We’ve filed charges under the POCSO and IT Act. We have constituted a team to investigate the case. The Malkangiri Additional Superintendent of Police is leading it. The minor alleged that her Odia teacher was among the three accused. She also said that they threatened to hurt her family if she filed a police complaint.
