In a bid to take the perfect sefie, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ wife Amruta Fadnavis violated safety norms and sat dangerously close to the edge of a cruise ship. In a video by ANI, Amruta Fadnavis can be seen to have crossed the safety barricades and is seen sitting on the cruise’s railing.
Even as security personnel ask her to return to safety, Amruta Fadnavis can be seen ignoring the advice and clicking a selfie immediately.
The footage was taken on board India's first domestic cruise, Angria, that was flagged off by Amruta’s husband Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari at Mumbai’s Victoria Docks.
The cruise, which is set to journey between Mumbai and Goa four times a week, can accommodate 400 passengers and will make four trips between Mumbai and Goa every week.
