Fort Williams Jute Mill Catches Fire in Howrah, No Casualties

The reason behind the fire is suspected to be an oil storage catching fire.

A senior fire brigade official on Thursday said that five fire tenders put out the flames at Fort William Jute Mill, which had broken out on Thursday morning.

West Bengal Minister Arup Roy was at the spot along with senior district and police officials.

There was no report of any casualty but the cause is suspected to be an oil storage catching fire.
