A 79-year-old hermit from Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, has been feeding monkeys for the last four decades, and, in turn, becoming an icon spreading love and humanity.
Krishna Kumar Mishra, also known as ‘Shyam Sadhu’ among his followers, collects leftovers from people’s homes and hotels and then feeds his monkeys, never missing a day. If he is unable to collect food, he makes 100 chappatis at home and feeds them out of his own pocket.
This sadhu also get donations from various parts of the nation to support his act of kindness.
