51 constituencies have gone to polls on 6 May in the fifth phase of the elections.

But many new developments are taking place on the sidelines and coalition seems to be the keyword of it all.

In a recent interview to Bloomberg, the General Secretary of the BJP, Ram Madhav said that the BJP might need help of the allies to form the next government.

Is the mood of the nation tilting towards a coalition government be it the UPA or the NDA?

Political tiffs seem to be extending outside campaigns as well. While on one hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciated how Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik handled cyclone Fani, PMO sources told reporters that Modi's office called West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee twice to enquire about the cyclone but the calls went unanswered as she was on ‘tour’.
