BJP MLA Rakesh Rathore from Sitapur, UP allegedly thrashed a toll plaza employee at the Bareilly highway. It has been reported that the MLA got angry after his convoy of cars was stopped for toll. Rathore lost his calm, broke the barricade and allegedly assaulted a toll plaza employee.
