Caught on Camera: Biker ‘Towed’ Along With Bike in Kanpur

In this rather bizarre amateur video, a biker is seen sitting on his motorcycle as it gets towed by the traffic police in Kanpur. The bike was towed after the biker refused to get down from the bike at the Bada Chauraha area of Kanpur.
