Two ATM robbery attempt were reported from Delhi and Rajasthan this week.
In Delhi, Dilip Tiwari, a guard at an SBI ATM in Kanjhawala area, was shot in the thigh when he tried to fight off two armed men who attempted to rob the ATM. The men tried to break into the ATM kiosk when the cash was being refilled.
While the Delhi robbery was a failed attempt, four men decamped with an ATM machine in Bundi, Rajasthan. The ATM contained Rs 5 lakh in cash.
